In 2016, Mark Bowers saw an opportunity to capitalize on a market need in his community and built a 6 court, permanent dome to house six tennis courts. Then in 2020, Mark reacted to the market needs again. He took taking advantage of the COVID lockdowns to retrofit three of the tennis courts into an indoor turf space. Not only did this change adapt to the needs of the community, but it also fundamentally changed the profit margins for the business. When Mark’s family relocated to the Southeastern US, it was time for an ownership transition. With a lot of runway left for growth, the next generation of owner can take the multi-sport facility to another level.

A local investor group purchased the facility. Additional programming and small upgrades are in progress, with more to come.
